What is disenfranchised grief?
Experience of grief not able to openly acknowledge death
What is anticipatory grief?
Family progresses through stages prior to actual death. Can occur in long terminal illnesses.
What are predispositions of dysfunctional grief?
Predosp factors: uncertain cause of death, ambivalent or excessive dependency of deceased... ie death of estranged parent
