A. indirect- assumptions, NOT stereotypes (ex. A person smells= body odor)
b. direct- the speaker asks to get personal information (ex. Interview)

What are the two types of Resources (support material)
A. Speaker- personal information (ex. Narrative/Experience)
b. Outside- someone else’s experience or knowledge (ex. Books/Journals)

Size of space, levels of light, casual or business setting, all affect the choices for delivery or visual aides

First pick subject then narrow down
